Landlord is extremely unwelcoming, unprofessional, and rude, often screaming on top of her lung and even once has harassed me because I have rightfully complained about their lack of prior written (or even digital) notice of them before sending in someone to fix the ceiling that had been destroyed since the start of our lease.

Salsa works hard and is a good helper. She is the best.

As I said earlier I lived here because my office was just walking distance to this building. The management is so rude & ruthless. Two of my pets died here. This property is managed by uneducated heartless people who takes favours from their tenants.

Horrible property managers/owners. Don’t care about tenants, just their bottom line. They rolled back the hours for the staff in my building so the common areas outside the main floor aren’t cleaned regularly. No proper door handles on the main doors to access the building from underground or rear parking lot. Difficult to open them with hands full. They hire substandard workers to do a half job. Underground parking not pressure washed in years. Cars covered in salt and concrete dust in a day.

I felt compelled to echo the same sentiments. These people are rude, unhelpful, and behave as though they truly rule the roost. They threaten at every opportunity and Roger seems to spend the bulk of his time outside smoking. Unacceptable. They are the only thing I don't like about the building!

The worst propert...

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The staff (namely Suzanne and Chris Saunders) are rude, aggressive and care little about their residents. The building at 50 stephanie street is very old, full of cockroaches and smells terrible. Do yourself a favour and live anywhere else.
