    Very poor reception service , never answers ph impolite , like they dont want to be there , worst lab ive ever seen .

    Very unhappy

    Terrible service. Given a jug for a 24 hour urine test and the ladies working didn't even mention I couldn't have one drop go into the toilet. Now I have to bring my jug to work again, which one time was already embarrassing enough. Been sent home twice after waiting 45 minutes each time trying to get my blood work done. Explain thoroughly to your clients before you send them home and make them do a test that's void. Very angry and upset.
