Recently I needed someone to alter a new suit I purchased and adjust a tuxedo. I read about Montgomery Alterations online from a number of sites like this one. The reviews were almost all positive. So I decided to give them a try. I must say that the service was excellent. Trish educated me about adjustments from shoulders to cuffs to sleeves. I have no hesitation in recommending Montgomery. They are so good that they are quite busy. But a short wait is well worth it.

I started using Riverdale Cleaners about a year ago, I visit every other week, having 12 shirts, a suit and a few pants done each turn. My clothes have never looked better, and I rely on my clothes for work. Reliably, my shirts are clean, soft, and well pressed - these guys are the shirk kings! I don't mind having my suits cleaned more often, they do solvent free cleaning, no wear and tear, and pressed like the tailor shop. Overall, I give them 5 of 5 stars.

I would like to share my experience with this place.
I needed to clean my expensive jacket ($900) so I took it to this other cleaning place near my place but when I picked up my jacket, there was a large stain (what appeared to be liquid mark) on the left sleeve and the fur was damaged (not as soft as it used to be).
My wife has a same brand jacket so this time, I went to Crescent Town Cleaners because my wife told me that one of her friends recommended this place. So I walked in to this cleaner with my wife's jacket and wanted to clean and asked if the fur will be damaged or any kind of possibility of liquid damage, then the lady there ensured me that it will be fine.
The price was little bit on the expensive side but when I picked up my wife's jacket, it was very professionally done and there was no liquid marks anywhere and fur was still soft. I asked her if they can try to fix the liquid damage on my jacket and she told me to bring it in so that the her husband can take a look.
When I brought the jacket in, her husband looked at it and told me they can try but no guarantees and that I have to pay either way. So I thought I would give it a try and oh man, it was a good decision. They couldn't completely get off that liquid mark but it was much less than how it was and I'm very happy with it.
I would definitely come again to this place.

This place is a winner! The owner (“Gianni” is Greek for John) has been in business for decades, but he clearly knows customer service. My cleaning task was complicated (i.e. a cloth tapestry from the 1950’s) and there was a risk that solvents would burn off the finish. Gianni was helpful and accountable. The job was done in one day. The price was absurdly fair.
And the cleaning — wow! Six decades of dust and dirt...removed. The colours are back. A triumph!
