Tried this place out with my mom for her Birthday dinner and we both enjoyed our meals. Nice drink combinations too. Came back with a friend and a Groupon, but I made a mistake about reading the fine print amd they were sincerely gracious when I was paying the bill. It was appreciated. That was an even better meal then the last one for me! The desserts make me want to stop by there randomly just to eat a treat on occasion. Will go back again for sure. Read more

Attended on Friday, Oct 26/18 with reservations, specifically indicating Birthday Celebration for daughters birthday. I again mentioned birthday when arriving. They didnt do anything for birthday. Mentioned again to server (girl) that it was daughters birthday, so she said okay gets free ice cream. No one did anything else...no birthday wishes or song!! This establishment is good quality food, good service and a authentic feel. The pork and cabbage rolls are to die for. I highy recommend this resteraurt! I am glad they opened one here in St. Albert. The prices are very affordable even low compared to the portions of food you received. Me and my wife had a great time. The servers didn't bother us, every two minutes like commercial resteraunt chain. I have had dinner at this restaurant for 33 years, the previous owners were wonderful as are the owners now. The food is exceptional and the menu continues to be what I have enjoyed over the years. There is no Korean restaurant that I have experienced that compares to Bul Go Gi, and I sincerely hope they stay in business for a long time. We enjoy all dishes but continue over the years to pick our favourites: Deep fried Wontons, Mountain Vegetables, bbque chicken, spicy pork chop and always, Bul Go Gi! Read more
