This place is cool! Arguably, the best wings I have ever had! My boyfriend and I have eaten at many grills, restaurants and the Wings are close the best! Our waitress provide us great service and she was so pretty! ^^ My favourites are Maple Bourbon, Bula Fiji, Maui Lime, and Sweet Thai. I visited West with a friend that had been there a couple of times before. The outside of the restaurant was very unassuming. You would have no idea that there was a fantastic restaurant inside. Parking may be an issue as it's a busy streetfront but they did seem to have valet. We sat at the bar and had cesars until our table was ready--made fresh with muddled tomato right in front of our eyes. The food was all amazing both in appearance and taste. REALLY good. A better family restaurant. I like the White Spot, a lot! Solid menu with selections varying from delicious junk food (eg gourmet poutine) to kids food (Pirate Pack) to healthy choices to satisfying comfort food. Decent wine and beer menu, if a tad limited. Superlative pies and gooey desserts. The coffee is known city wide as "White Spot coffee." Distinctive (no, not bad, distinctive). My go to spot for an economical, satisfying repast. Read more

They have a good standard menu. My friend loves her BC beef burger and I decided to try the ribs for a change. It was fine and served with coleslaw and potato salad. Lots of booth seating or tables. Not loud so you can hear yourself talk except for the odd child being a little noisy. The service was good especially if you go early evening when not busy just yet. We finished it odd with a sizeable brownie served with ice cream which did the sugar trick. Read more
