If only I can do a 0 star! Damn I worked in timmies before too but never did I have a 40 min order delay on front. I am not hating the place just the poor performance of the staff. And no management too. Dang this place is a mess as well.
Never again will I visit this location. After placing an order through the drive through, I got home to open the bag to find one of the buns that came with my soup smelled like an ashtray! Half buttered and ripped in half with ashes inside. It was absolutely REVOLTING! And it was definitely cigarette smoke, there is no two ways about it. Puke.
Terrible customer service! Waited so long at the drive through and nobody took my order. So I pulled up to the window to order, thinking maybe the speaker was broken. The lady was then rude taking my order. Then told me I need to wait my turn to order at the speaker: in a extremely rude manner. I then told her I had waited a long time and thought it might be broken, but she continued to lecture me!? I just wanted a tea... Such unacceptable service.
I m pretty dissatisfied with the way this business is handled long wait times to get just a simple cup of coffee up to 10 minutes poor customer service overall for the average walkin customer I use to have my lunches here but since the wait time takes most of it up I stopped and now I will be getting my coffee from anywhere but at this place.
